Things to Know Before Rent Ski Equipment

Ski rentals provide different skis and snowboards whether you’re looking for beginners or experts. The most important thing is to ensure your equipment is comfortable, fit and suited to your ability.

Most of the time, people are confused about buying or renting ski equipment. Me, too. After a while, I finally finger out how to make this decision easy. I compare with price, quality, and usage. Find out when is better for you to buy or rent and what you will expect.

Renting VS Buy Ski Equipment>>

If you decide to rent ski gear at Copper Mountain, you will quickly notice that ski rentals will ask which skis or snowboards you want. They often give simple names instead of product names. Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Sport: Sport skis and snowboards are great for beginners to build confidence on the mountain because they are forgiving and flexible.
  • Demo: All-mountain skis and snowboards. It’s excellent for variable terrain and conditions. If you’re a beginner or intermediate, it will help you become a better skier and snowboarder more quickly.
  • Performance/Premium: Great for upper-level intermediate skiers and snowboarders to carve smoother turns and accelerate your ski learning curve.
  • Junior: Junior is toward riders aged 12 and under that will be stable for kids on any terrain.

Please note that every ski rental may be a bit different. Check it with your desired ski rental for the best.
