Ishikari Banyano Beer (石狩番屋の麦酒) uses the traditional brewing method of Ishikari climate with the deep seawater of Iwanai, Japan Sea. The deep seawater of Iwanai, Japan Sea is around 300m off Iwanai Bay and is rich in minerals.

Ishikari Banyano Beer (石狩番屋の麦酒)
Ishikari Beer Co., Ltd.(石狩ビール株式会社), established on April 1, 1999, created the local beer brand Ishikari Banyano Local Beer (いしかり番屋の地ビール).
In 2005, the management moved to Nihonji Beer Kobo Co., Ltd.(株式会社日本地麦酒工房), and Ishikari Banyano Local Beer changed the brand name to Ishikari Banyano Beer (石狩番屋の麦酒).
Nihonji Beer Kobo Co., Ltd.(株式会社日本地麦酒工房) discontinued in 2013. After that, Hokkaido Brewing Co., Ltd. (北海道麦酒醸造株式会社) took over the brand of Ishikari Banyano Beer (石狩番屋の麦酒) and continues to manufacture it.

My favorite beer in Ishikari Banyano Beer (石狩番屋の麦酒) is Ishikari Tokumitsu Ko-Hi- Raga- (石狩徳光珈琲ラガー). The reason is the aroma of the coffee and the smooth taste. However, I always buy a gift set of Ishikari Banyano Beer (石狩番屋の麦酒).
