Okhotsk Beer (オホーツクビール) was the first local beer in Japan to obtain the first beer manufacturing license in 1994. Based on the German Reinheitsgebot that only uses barley, water, and hops. In addition to winning numerous awards, mild stout is listed in the “500 World Beers” published worldwide.
