Hakodate Gourmet Circus is known as Hakodate Gurume Saakasu (はこだてグルメサーカス).
You can find local specialties, fresh seafood, vegetables, fruits, beer, and sweets in Hakodate and south Hokkaido areas. In particular, the stallholders using local ingredients cook Hakodate Gourmet Circus Original Menu. They also sell specialties from Halifax Canada which is a sister city of Hakodate.
The popular stores always sold out early. So I would like to recommend travel families come a bit early. If you have no idea what you should try first, just hop on one of the lines. Subsequently, you can eat and drink what you bought in the eat-in space of the venue, and meanwhile enjoy local performances.
