The campground is lovely. Beautiful view and cozy atmosphere. There is a 100 yen onsen, but you cannot use soap or shampoo. Notice one thing that it’s 35 mins away from the supermarket.

Clean and convenient campsite. Many activity facilities are available, such as a golf course, observatory, walking path, and indoor/outdoor playground. Also, the kid’s area is fantastic for young ones, but they are not allowed to play if your kids are older than 10.

It’s a comfortable place and well-maintained facilities. It’s a great spot to get away from the city. Recommend to families. It’s a bit far from the supermarket, make sure you bring everything you need.

Conclusion
My favourite BBQ and campground in this area are Higashikagura Forest Park (ひがしかぐら森林公園), Hoshinitenotodokuoka Camping Ground (星に手のとどく丘キャンプ場), and Soya Fureai Park Camping Ground (北海道立宗谷ふれあい公園).
You can enjoy go-karting or cycling at Higashikagura Forest Park. At Hoshinitenotodokuoka Camping Ground, you can enjoy interacting with animals and the starry sky of Furano. For Soya Fureai Park Camping Ground, there are plenty of activities for families with children.
